According to the Community and Public Sector Union, there has been a recent surge in demand for training to deal with workplace bullying and harassment issues. The organisation has made the link to excessive workloads, where there is increased pressure and not enough staff.
Training can focus on appropriate codes of conduct and a self-awareness of participants' values, behaviours and assumptions. Training will also help make staff aware of workplace bullying and harassment legislation.
